Q: I'm a taller guy can you alter the Length ?
A: Of Course ! Tell us what you need and we'll make it for you.

Q: What are the Shirts made of ?
A: Generally we use 100% Polyester but also Polyester & Cotton Blended fabric, check each shirt description. Fully washable and excellent for the Style and Drape of our shirts.

Q : How long will it take for my Shirt to be delivered ?
A : As the shirts are individually made to order and NOT mass produced it takes around 7days to have them made and posted out and it can be up to 14 days after posting for standard service International deliveries. This can be a little longer at certain times of the year like Christmas and can vary from Country to Country or region. Any delay is usually the result of Customs Clearance, see shipping page for full details.

Q : What happens if there is no one home to sign for the parcel ?
A : The Post man should leave a card for you to contact them to arrange collection or re-delivery, if you do not contact them the parcel will be returned to us. If you want the parcel sent again you will be charged the shipping fee again.

Q: What happens if the parcel doesnt arrive ?
A: If the parcel hasnt arrived after 28 days of the dispatch date then please take a moment to read the information available in your dispatch notice, DONT WORRY the parcel is insured and your money is safe.The parcel can be traced and we ask you to be a little patient whilst we trace what has happened and then if appropriate discuss with you the options of resend or refund.


Q: Is there a tracking number ?
A: Yes, although information is limited forstandard International Deliveries. Express service has an online tracking facility and standard service is retrospective through the Registered Number.

Q: I checked tracking and my parcel is stuck at the Airport ?
A: No, it isnt stuck, the last entry when leaving our country, there will be a delay whilst the parcel clears US Customs, then re-enters the postal system and appears on USPS.com


Q: Are the Shirts insured through shipping ?
A: Yes, your money is safe.

Q: I am a little worried about buying on the Internet and from another Country ?

A: Don't be, you are paying through an Industry leader in Internet payment systems with Google or Paypal and your money is very safe.
They have buyer and seller protection schemes in place for peace of mind and state of the art security processes.
We do not have access to ANY of your financial details at anytime.


Q: What if there is a problem when my shirt arrives ?
A: In the unlikely event there is a problem, All we ask is you TALK TO US ! we'll do our best to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

Q: What if I made a mistake with the size?
A: Don't worry you can still exchange or have a refund but there will be a 20% restocking / handling fee. Unless it was a Special Order or Embroidered at your request, in which case it cannot be returned refunded or exchanged BUT as a Tailor we can probably make the shirt smaller for you if its too big.

Q: Do you offer more Colours ?
A: It would be impossible to stock ALL colors but if there is something ;particular you want by all means ask and we'll try to help.

Q: Whats your exchange rate ?
A: This is controlled by the payment processing company Google or Paypal, we have no influence over this whatsoever.

Q: Can I have the shirt with Long sleeves or different colors ?
A: Of course, because we actually make the shirts and not just sell them, we offer a special order service and you can have made whatever you need.
Colours will often display differently on a variety of devices/monitors, therefore all colours should be taken as indicative and may differ from the actual garment received.
