RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, simply return the item(s) to
us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should wherever possible be
returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a note containing the reason for the return together with your name, address and
contact details. Special Orders and items that you have specifically requested to be embroidered, altered or modified in any way are non-
If you have ordered the wrong size and require an exchange you will need to place a new order online first and return the original item for refund
after obtaining a "return code authorisation" from Customer Support. Items returned without this will not be accepted.
Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was incorrectly supplied. There is a 20% handling/re-stock charge for no-fault items.
International returns please note:
If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration (given to you at the Post Office) correctly
indicating that the package contains “returning items” If your parcel is stopped by Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the
package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our shirts as a result of this procedure
not being followed. So please ensure it is correctly marked and labelled as directed.
Incorrect items sent to you from our S.E.Asia centre.
If you think the item you received is faulty or incorrect size etc, please contact our customer service team by email to report the fault/incorrect item.
We will then advise and assist you with the return process.
Please allow 7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email (the
email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working
days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by the payment processing system, your bank or card issuer and is outside
of our control.
Your refund will be credited to the same payment method with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g.
the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
If part of the order is missing or incorrectly supplied
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing or incorrect, please first check your dispatch note for any
indication that the item is being dispatched separately. If the item is not included on the dispatch note, it will be arriving separately. If the item is
listed but not present, please email us quoting your order number and stating the missing item and we will investigate the matter further.
If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note the item is your responsibility until
it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or
marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
As our garments in most cases are Tailor Made specifically for each purchase there are conditions regarding Cancellation of an order.
An order may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase without penalty..An order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.
A FULL no quibble REFUND will be issued, Shipping costs stated at purchase are ALWAYS refunded in FULL for non dispatched items.
SPECIAL ORDERS, WHOLESALE OR TRADE ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
Deviation from the above is at the sole discretion of the Management and dependant upon individual circumstances.
Items purchased and categorised as Clearance or Bargain Basement are not included in ANY shipping promotion, ALL these types of sales are FINAL.
No return, credit, exchange or refund.
