In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a store credit or refund upon receipt and satisfactory examination. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a note containing the reason for the return together with your name, address and contact details.

Special Orders and items that you have specifically requested to be embroidered, altered or modified in any way are non-returnable.This includes pockets, long sleeves and non-standard color schemes.

If you have ordered the wrong size and require an exchange you will need to place a new order online first and return the original item for refund after obtaining a “return code authorisation” and return process instructions from Customer Support.

Items returned without this will not be accepted.

Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

There is a 25% handling/re-stock charge for no-fault items.

 

The item(s) must be returned in a saleable condition, unmarked, odour free and in the original package.To be received by us within 28 days of you receiving them.

International returns please note:

If you are returning anything to us you must complete a customs declaration (given to you at the Post Office) correctly indicating that the package contains “returning items” If your parcel is stopped by Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our shirts as a result of this procedure not being followed.

So please ensure it is correctly marked and labelled as directed and returned within the time specified.

 

Incorrect Order received.

 Regrettably mistakes can happen, we are human. If you have received your order and an item is missing or incorrect, please first check your dispatch note for any indication that an item is being dispatched separately. If the item is not included on the dispatch note, it will be arriving separately. If the item is listed but not present, please email us quoting your order number and stating the missing item and we will investigate the matter further.

 

REFUND

Please allow 7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or store credit.

Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by the payment processing system, your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

Your refund will be credited to the same payment method with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

 

Return postage

 If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

Reasonable care.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Reasonable time

We require you to notify us within 7 days of receipt for any return. The return item(s) must be back with us within 28 days of receipt.

CANCELLATION

As our garments in most cases are Tailor Made specifically for each purchase there are conditions regarding Cancellation of an order.

You can cancel at anytime prior to dispatch.

An order may be cancelled within 3 days of purchase without penalty and a full refund given.

After this time the order will have been “cut” materials used and costs incurred, there is a sliding scale of deductions upto dispatch.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.

Shipping costs stated at purchase are ALWAYS refunded in FULL for non dispatched items.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS, WHOLESALE, BULK OR TRADE ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.

Deviation from the above is at the sole discretion of the Management and dependant upon individual circumstances.

Items purchased and categorised as Clearance or Bargain Basement are not included in ANY shipping promotion, ALL these types of sales are FINAL.
