Returns & Replacements Policy

Since each shirt is custom-made specifically to your order, we can’t resell or exchange it. If you request a return or exchange, we must remake the shirt, which means both time and materials are spent on a second shirt while only being paid for one.

Why We Don’t Offer Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
With rising shipping costs, the cost of shipping an item both ways can exceed the price of the shirt itself — up to 80% of the original price — making exchanges costly for you. Instead of asking you to bear those high costs, we encourage you to reorder the shirt at a discounted price (we’ll cover the replacement shipping). Contact us via email for this discount.

How to Get the Right Fit

To make sure you get the size right the first time, we offer a comprehensive [Size Help] page with charts, diagrams, and videos. Here’s an easy way to measure:

  • Take a shirt you already own that fits comfortably.
  • Lay it flat and measure side to side just below the armpits.
  • Double the measurement to get your chest size.

For example, if the shirt measures 24 inches, you need to order size 48.
