1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, shopping, or otherwise using this website or any site operated by Charlie Harper Shirts (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Charlie Harper Shirts may amend these Terms at any time without notice.
Continuing to use the Site or communicate via email regarding purchases constitutes acceptance of these updated Terms.

2. Definitions

Customer / You / Your: Any person visiting, browsing, or purchasing from the Site.
Seller / We / Us: Charlie Harper Shirts and its affiliates.
Special Order: Any product modified, customized, or embroidered differently from the standard variation offered.

3. Intellectual Property & Use

All materials on the Site, including text, images, and trademarks, are the property of Charlie Harper Shirts or respective owners.
You may view, copy, or download materials only for personal, non-commercial use, without modification, and retaining all copyright notices.
Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Linking to the Site is allowed with prior written consent; logos or branding cannot be used without permission.

4. Privacy

Customer information (email, address, contact details) is kept confidential.
We do not sell, share, or store financial details.
Basic privacy compliance only; no detailed GDPR procedures are included.

5. Payment

Accepted via payment gateways (e.g., Visa/MasterCard).
Orders are charged upon receipt and confirmed only after payment approval.
A 25% service/handling fee may apply for canceled or refused payments.
Fraudulent payment issues are handled by the payment service; Charlie Harper Shirts has no control over disputes or chargebacks.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All sales are final; returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted, including Special Orders.
Customers pay all shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, or other import charges.
Delivery to PO Boxes, third-party addresses, or shared facilities is at the customer’s risk.
Charlie Harper Shirts is not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
If a parcel is declared lost by the postal or shipping company, we will assist and replace the item. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the replacement.
Orders may require a signature on delivery.

7. Orders & Special Orders

Special Orders include any item altered, customized, or embroidered differently from the standard product.
Once production has commenced, or 48 hours from order placement, whichever occurs first, the order cannot be canceled for a refund. Only the shipping fee is refundable if canceled before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for accuracy when placing orders, including size, color, and customization. Mistakes made by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All orders, including those placed directly via email, are covered by these Terms & Conditions.
Stock and Substitution: If an item or color ordered is out of stock, we will contact the customer via email. If no response is received within 48 hours, we will cancel the order and issue a store credit for future purchase.
Customer-Friendly Note: While all sales are final, we encourage customers to contact us promptly with concerns. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution within the bounds of these Terms.

8. Prices, Discounts & Materials

Prices may change without notice.
Discounts and promotional codes can be applied to Special Orders, but cannot be combined with other offers.
Discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, or handling.
Gift vouchers expire 6 months after purchase.
Material Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute materials used in the manufacture of garments, subject to availability. Customers accept that materials may differ from those selected.

9. Customer Communication

Customers must provide a valid email address and telephone number for order updates and notifications.
Failure to respond or provide accurate contact information may result in non-dispatch or cancellation of the order.
If a Special Order is made and the customer fails to respond, the order cannot be refunded.

10. Limitation of Liability

Charlie Harper Shirts is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, products, or services.
This includes lost profits, data, or personal injury.
We disclaim liability for third-party vendors, services, or products linked from the Site.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, including:

Natural disasters
War or terrorism
Strikes or civil disorder
Transportation disruptions

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, all reasonable steps will be taken to resolve the matter.
Garments will only be replaced or credited; no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms supersede any prior agreements.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
We reserve the right to amend any part of this document at any time without prior notice.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR AMEND ANY PART OF THIS DOCUMENT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
