We now offer the additional services of DHL to courier your orders to you as a faster option.
This will help ensure your order get to you as quickly as possible.

Charlie Harper Shirts is a WORLDWIDE mail order service. We ship to almost every country in the World with just a few exceptions. (Subject to restrictions imposed as a result of Covid-19)
The standard service we use for shipping your order is E-packet or Registered Airmail,There is also an alternative of EMS Express service, this service is not available to ALL countries, this is dictated by the Post Office not us. There is also a DHL Courier service option
Airmail Postal services are generally 10 days sometimes quicker, although we cannot guarantee any time stated as this is the responsibility of the Postal service and any current restrictions imposed as a result of Covid-19.
You can track the parcel/order online from the dispatching Post Office to the Airport. Once it leaves (Outgoing International), nothing further will be available until your item has cleared Customs and the item has been delivered.
The delivering mail service will then enter information as “proof of delivery”.
PLEASE REMEMBER WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW THE POSTAL SERVICE IS PERFORMING.
Delivery to PO Boxes, 3rd party addresses or your place of work are entirely at your own risk !
As our shirts are Tailor Made to order in most cases,please allow 7 days for production.The whole process MAY take between 21- 30 days to complete (subject to which postal service) as we process your order, make the shirt for you, pack it, ship it direct from our Tailor and its delivered to you in your Country.
SPECIAL ORDERS and quantities.
These sometimes take up to 10 business days to produce and then add time for shipping to you. It is best to allow up to 4 weeks for this process if using standard shipping, although in our experience its usually a lot quicker.
AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.
You will have received notice by email that your order was dispatched and stating the PARCEL tracking number etc. The parcel can be tracked from us (Outgoing International), after that, it is dependent on your mail service and what service they offer.
Often the parcel will have to clear Customs before re-entering the mail system and appearing on the tracking system once again.
Some countries, like the Australia, UK , do not provide online tracking service for Registered Airmail.
Standard Registered Airmail is generally around 10 days, Express Service is generally 5-7 days, this can vary dependent on destination.We would have completed and sent your order as advised in your dispatch notice, the rest is entirely up to the mail service and beyond our control.
Under Post Office regulations, we cannot do anything to trace late or missing parcels until 28 days after dispatch,
Please do not email us asking where your parcel is until after the 28 day period,
We can do nothing and have no more information available than is already stated in the tracking system.
Most Important DON’T WORRY, whilst it may be annoying and inconvenient if your parcel is late or lost, the parcel is insured and your money is safe. We will do all we can to help if the need arises.
Charlie Harper Shirts is NOT responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on your shipment. You are responsible for paying these fees if required by your country’s Government/Customs Authority.
Standard shipping, your parcel will be handled and delivered by USPS and has FULL TRACKING from their website.
If you see no movement or information for up to 7 days after departure from origin, this is because the parcel is being processed in US Customs and it will not show forward movement until it enters the USPS mail system after clearing US Customs. Tracking will then resume as it progresses to its destination.
You can also enter your parcel number and email address and receive email updates direct from USPS, and we strongly recommend you do this.
If you feel the parcel is late please contact your nearest USPS office with your parcel number.
Sometimes, delivery is attempted and a card is not left, the parcel may be being held at the local office for you to contact and arrange another delivery. PLEASE contact them BEFORE contacting us.
If you have not received your order after 28 days from the date of dispatch email and you have checked the tracking, then please email us and we will do our best will assist you.
