GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Charlie Harper Shirts is a WORLDWIDE mail order service. We ship to almost every country in the World with just a few exceptions.
The standard service we use for shipping your order is E-packet or Registered Airmail,There is also an alternative of Express service, this service is not available to ALL countries, this is dictated by the Post Office not us. There is also a Courier service option
Postal services are generally 10 days sometimes quicker, although we cannot guarantee any time stated as this is the responsibility of the Postal service
Tracking
You can track the parcel/order online from the dispatching Post Office to the Airport. Once it leaves (Outgoing International), nothing further will be available until your item has cleared Customs and the item has been delivered.
The delivering mail service will then enter information as “proof of delivery”.
PLEASE REMEMBER WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW THE POSTAL SERVICE IS PERFORMING.
Delivery to PO Boxes, 3rd party addresses or your place of work are entirely at your own risk !
As our shirts are Tailor Made to order in most cases,please allow 7 days for production.The whole process MAY take around 21days to complete (subject to which postal service) as we process your order, make the shirt for you, pack it, ship it direct from our Tailor and its delivered to you in your Country.
SPECIAL ORDERS and quantities.
These sometimes take up to 10 business days to produce and then add time for shipping to you. It is best to allow up to 4 weeks for this process if using standard shipping, although in our experience its usually a lot quicker.
AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available and on request.
Delivery is handled by the local postal or courier service in the destination country. Delivery times can vary and may be affected by customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided and responding to any delivery notifications issued by the postal or courier service.
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful (for example no one available to receive the parcel), the postal or courier service may hold the parcel and issue instructions for collection or re-delivery.
Customers must arrange re-delivery or collection within 7 days of the delivery attempt.
In some destination countries parcels cannot be returned to the sender due to postal or customs regulations. Where this applies, the parcel will be held for a limited time only.
If the parcel is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 7 days, it may be treated as unclaimed and may be destroyed or disposed of by the postal service.
Where delivery fails because the customer does not respond to delivery notifications or does not arrange re-delivery within the required timeframe:
the order will be treated as abandoned by the customer
no refund will be issued
no replacement item will be sent
Under postal regulations we cannot trace late or missing parcels until 28 days after dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived after this time, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation through the postal service.
USA Shipments
All import duties and taxes for shipments to the United States are paid by us before dispatch.
U.S. customers will not be required to pay any customs duties or import taxes to receive their order.
Orders are delivered by USPS once they enter the country and can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Sometimes delivery is attempted and a card is not left. The parcel may be held at your local USPS office. Please contact them to arrange collection or re-delivery before contacting us.
If you have not received your order 28 days after dispatch and you have checked the tracking, please email us and we will assist with an investigation.
